What the clients say

“Clare was my Barrister for my final Family Court Hearing in October 2019. This was a particularly tricky relocation case concerning my 7 year old daughter. Clare provided me with initial advice and guidance and was very responsive to my email queries. She spent time analysing both the legal and factual issues of the case history and was adept at formulating position strategies for me, prior to and on the day of the hearing. I found Clare to be incredibly easy to talk to. She was realistic in response to my aspirations and worked diligently to get me the best outcome possible for me and my daughter. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clare for Family Court matters, she was an absolute pleasure to have by my side and she changed the course of mine and my daughter’s life for the positive. I am eternally grateful to her.”

“Clare was outstanding and I am immensely grateful to her. She took my Appeal on at extremely short notice, grasped the pertinent facts of my case, managed to successfully get me an Appeal Hearing even though I applied late and did a superb job in court. I would happily recommend her to anyone who needs a barrister for family law.”
