Years pass and there are uncertainties about whether the agreements are valid and enforceable and what they mean. Paul Ashwell recently advised where a family which had tried to mix together an agreement about ownership of shares in a house with wills and a loan agreement. Paul is recommended in the 2019 editions of the leading legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners
