Tim specialises in both public and private law proceedings involving children. He is regularly instructed in complex and lengthy Care Proceedings and has represented Local Authorities, Parents and Guardians.
His past experience as a criminal practitioner has helped him sharpen his advocacy skills and this has given Tim a considerable advantage when instructed in ‘fact-finding’ hearings.
Tim prides himself on his professionalism and commitment to his clients.
Tim trained as an ‘all aspects’ family mediator in 1997 and regularly conducts mediations. He is a member of Lawyer’s Who Mediate and the Family Mediator Association.
