Rachel Marcus is a highly experienced inquest advocate, appearing on behalf of both families and healthcare providers in inquests involving hospital and mental health settings, prisons and the community. Rachel is experienced in front of juries and in Article 2 inquests. By way of example, this year she represented the family at the high profile inquest into death of six-year-old boy from Meningitis B.
