Rachael has been practising as a Barrister for over 20 years, She has developed a practice in all aspects of family law, with particular regard to those involving child protection issues.
She also has a great deal of experience in Private law matters, particularly those involving intractable contact disputes, national and international relocation and cases where Section 37 of the Children Act 1989 may be applicable. She is experienced in cases where there are allegations of domestic abuse and control.
