Paul Ashwell has a broad property and commercial practice. He is a member of the Property Bar Association, the London Common Law and Commercial Bar Association and the Planning and Environmental Bar Association.
Under the property umbrella he deals with all aspects of freehold and leasehold land ownership, both commercial and residential, including planning, licensing, nuisance, covenants, boundaries, easements, and building disputes. He also acts in disputes about wills, probate, trusts, inheritance and mental incapacity.
Within his commercial portfolio he appears and advices in cases involving breaches of contract, damages, company and shareholder disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, and debt recovery.
