Kirsten has specialised in family law since 2014. She regularly represents parties in private proceedings including parents, grandparents and local authorities with an interest in the case. Kirsten has been instructed in cases involving allegations of domestic violence and sexual abuse and often represents both Applicants and Respondents at fact-finding hearings.
Kirsten has a growing practice in cases with an international element and regularly acts for parents in private law cases where children’s services are involved.
