Gavin has been in practice since 2004 and has developed a particular expertise in the area of Family Law.
He represents Local Authorities, parents and guardians in Public and Private law and regularly takes instructions in matters such as removal from the Jurisdiction, Injunctive relief and all elements of Section 8 applications.
Gavin is an experienced financial remedy barrister who also covers all aspects of family and co-habitation law, in particular financial remedy proceedings and TOLATA related claims.
