Dominic was called to the Bar in 2012. He has a broad civil law practice, in particular inquests, disciplinary and employment law.

Dominic regularly appears on behalf of families at inquests. He is developing a particular specialism in inquests into mental health patients, and has appeared at Article 2 and jury inquests into the deaths of both formally and informally admitted mental health patients, as well those being treated in the community.
Dominic regularly appears at the Employment Tribunal, in particular in discrimination and dismissal claims.
